      Read that Yellow switches are better for gaming and not ideal for general typing vs Orange switches because they have shorter travel and more responsive. I'm gonna take a pass and wait for a deal on the Orange switches. Hopefully, there will be a deal for Black Friday coming up soon!

      I’ve had yellow and orange

      Yellow I would always press just when resting my hand on the keyboard, a strong breeze could press down those keys

      I swapped it for the orange and I like it a lot better, orange has a nice subtle clicky feel whereas yellow is just linear

        I got green (bought the blackwidow chroma) switch KB last week. And I find it a bit too loud, and distracting. Maybe I'm not used to it

          I also noticed, it does require me to press the keys harder and takes a fraction longer to register (after watching that video)

      Yellow are not clicky they're linear so the only feedback you feel is them 'bottoming out'

      They're also very sensitive, if you're used to a mechanical keyboard I don't think you'll like the yellow

        Hmm I got a green switch kb last week and I'm not used to. Very hard and feel like I've lost a few milliseconds in reaction time

      I have yellow on the TKL. I really like them for gaming (I don't do much typing on my main PC). They are as quiet as you will get compared to most other off shelf and would recommend if looking for linea, short actuation, and quiet.

    really good price, i bought the non-elite version for around the same price earlier this year and then had to purchase an extra ergonomic wrist rest. shouldve jsut gone the elite.

      Black widow V3 was released but for all intents the Elite is better, there is a wireless version too but that is 400 .

    I just bought a hyperx alloy origins with red switches but I hate it for typing (great for gaming though)

    Wonder if these green switches are better being tactile.

    I got the yellow… won't get it again. Should have gotten green.

    Too sensitive, registers sometimes even when your hands are just resting there.

    Green was $123 on Amazon UK last night, I know because I bought one.
