  Curiously, has anyone had a good 'long term' experience with ceramic non-stick? Any I've used have been fantastic the first few months, but inevitably end up sticking, no matter how much we follow the 'non-stick' guidance.

    Have had similar experience with them. Not sure if it is due to buying unknown brands that are on specials or all ceramic pans are like this. We have to use them because teflon and the other coatings are toxic to birds.

    I used two Tefal ceramic coating. None of them last very long. I’m using the bamboo utensil not the metal one. I googled the coating mentioned in the description and found they are not that non-toxic. But I’m not the expert.

    Purely from using experience, I stopped buying those ceramic coating products.
