Smoothie Straws which are way better than stainless steel – safer for kids.
· PACK of 8 Assorted Colorful Big Silicone Straws - 25cm Length / 9mm Inner Diameter / 12mm Outside Diameter + 2 25cm Brushes. Unlike other silicone straw products, our brushes are longer - reaching the full length of the straw, making clean up easier.

· GREAT SIZE & FLEXIBILITY - Our silicone straws are extremely long and wide but still easy enough for children to use. Smoothies, milkshakes, yogurts are perfect due to the large diameter. Our silicone straws are more comfortable to use than similar sized stainless steel straws due to their improved mouth feel and softness against teeth. Your children will not freeze or burn their lips or damage their teeth as these silicone straws are soft and kid friendly.

  • Any vouches? contemplating

    • Yeah I have these. I quite like them and haven't had any problems with them. Just make sure you clean them with the brush.
I found these better than biting down on the stainless steel straws. You can find stainless steel ones that have a silicon cover/slip at the top also.

    • I'd go with stainless steel straw instead. I feel like silicone straws wont clean nearly as well.

Sounds like a great way to get bacterial infections…

Gross. Can’t imagine the brush would ever get it completely clean. Just order disposable ones off eBay.

    • Is there a way to buy disposable smoothie / bubble tea (wide) straws which is 25+ cm long?

Since we got NutriBullet we have continuous problem of finding proper straws.
The one you can borrow/reuse from Bubble Tea shops are too short.

    • Why not? And surely occasionally boiling them would help?

And the whole point in reusable straws is defeated by buying disposable ones!!!

        Meh.

I can confirm that these are good! We use them for cocktails and other drinks, and have never had an issue keeping them clean. We always rinse them after use, and throw them in the cutlery basket of the dishwasher. They always come out spotless. The only thing to be mindful of is that they are a lot wider than normal drinking straws (part of the benefit of using them!) which means they don't fit easily into lids with straw holes. We have to wedge ours in. Not an issue for cups/bottles without lids. :)
