Just received this $50 voucher in my email with $50 minimum spend in-store or online to celebrate 50 years of Ikea.

My partner got the same voucher but with a $100 minimum spend, so it looks like there's some sort of hidden condition.

Terms and Conditions (for the $50 min. spend):
IKEA Family members must scan their IKEA Family membership or log into their account to redeem this voucher. Valid from 2 July 2025 to 22 July 2025. The minimum spend amount is the value of this voucher ($50) for the voucher to be active for redemption. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers (including, but not limited to, any IKEA Birthday vouchers and/or IKEA Family Reward Keys vouchers). No maximum spend amount applies. This voucher may only be redeemed once and will be extinguished upon redemption. This voucher cannot be used towards payment for any of the following: (1) any IKEA Services; (2) any IKEA Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Bistro or Swedish Food Market within any IKEA stores in Australia; and (3) any IKEA Gift Cards.

    I think it's different for people. Mine says "The minimum spend amount is $100 (or more) in a single transaction for the voucher to be active for redemption"

    I got this voucher but I am travelling on Fri and won't be back until 23/7. I wonder if I should buy something now and then return when I come back. Not sure if they'll let me refund the $50 though…

      I think the vouchers gets averaged out across your items so the list price is lower. When you return you get the lower amount back.

          Did you try? I highly doubt it. Usually all ikea coupons can be used for food and I doubt they will make a distinction just for this one here.
