  • Does it help hide my covid belly?

    • It actually does although you might need the wider 6incher version lol

Thanks, buying one to wear at work considering I carry plenty of others workload :)

Whenever I see people wearing a belt like this, I just presume they have no idea what bracing, diaphramic breathing or abdominal pressure is.

Whenever I see 'Fooah', I just presume he's going to make a stupid, uninformed post.

Did I hit a nerve? Truthhurt?

        • I don't wear a belt when I lift.

    • If it helps someone because of injury or something, If it bothers you that much why dont you say it to their face instead of behind a keyboard.

Maybe you should just focus on how you gym, and let others do their gym their way,

I have sciatica, thanks to slightly bulging discs, without the belt I sometimes have it flare up. I feel like people that have the time to look around and judge others on their workouts during their own are clearly trying too hard. Almost as bad as the ones who judge people on wearing gloves. Unfortunately, we can't all be big tough guys with 0 past injuries :(.

I guess my comment should have been more specific, I was referring to the 'bros' causing injuries by overloading the weight and thinking the belt will save their back.

@Asa I have many a time, usually trying to help people with direct lifting technique when I use to train in commercial gyms and not at home.

@ Mahyar I train in my garage gym with close friends, if that is trying too hard im ok with it.
