          @illumination: I mean literally all they did was identify the CPU in question after the OP copy-pasted the start of the Amazon pages' production description in lieu of writing anything useful.

          Everything else is a bunch of people assuming intent and piling-on.

  Next. There should be Ryzen 4500U offerings with similar specs around this price mark, if not right now, then next month and onwards.

  Skip over Zen+ in favour of Zen 2 and maybe Tiger Lake from Intel. Zen 3 mobile parts will debut Q1 2021, probably seeing wider release in Q2 & Q3.
