We have the 8kg version and it has operated without fault for nearly 3 years.
It is a little noisier than more expensive machines I’ve seen but works really well to get clothes clean and well wrung out. If you’re on a budget, I’d get one.

My ex wife has an LG and it makes no noise at all. You don’t even know it’s on. The Euromaid whirs away but seems happy enough doing it and spins super fast.
At that price I wanted to get two of them and the matching dryers to go on top. We were running a B&B. Missus said no but would have made life easier.
When I read the reviews, the only thing I heard was that there are some securing bolts that need to be removed before using. If they’re not it bangs and bounces about the laundry. I wasn’t there when they delivered ours but it was installed fine and we’ve had to issues.
Have had this machine for abour 3 years now. No complaints at all. Good selection of programs
I have bought a number different euromaid appliances from Appliances online after we did some reonvations. Everything was pretty poor in functionality and also didnt last very long:
Clothes washer: Seal kept coming off and had to be manually reapplied after every wash
Microwave: Kit came to mount the microwave was broken, due to fault welds so was the replacement and the replacement had multiple address tags on it and appear to be returned by another cusomter then re-sent out (our kitchen installer ended up fixing it himself). The microwave failed after a couple of years use.
Dishwasher- so many internal componenets are broken, and its getting rusty - Im getting a new one very soon!
90cm oven - failed after a few years, no idea why as it wasnt the thermostat. Just bougth a replacement
I have nothing from Euromaid that wasnt faulty or shit quality. They may have changed in the last few years, but personally I would avoid this brand like the plague, though I found appiances online fine to deal with otherwise and have bought from them different things.

I might have been unlucky, but my experience and from what I have found is that the quality was poor and QA nonexistent.
I have this and it's great.
This is a great Machine, only complaint I have is no beep when the cycle is complete
