Ordered one for use with my Sony KD-65X9000H. I opted for this over the G700 because of:
1) Lower price ($625)
2) Upward facing spearks compared to G700's front-facing speakers

      Dolby Atmos Hight affect is way higher number then the Samsung on ratings… And in going buy online reviews of both and user reviews of both .. I noticed the overall was in the Samsung's way.. but would you buy a 4.5 star user rated bar or a 3 star.

        I dunno. User reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt. Often users give overly negative reviews because it doesn't suit their requirements or they've had an unlucky fault. I often read read many user and professional reviews then decide but it's still not easy to decide.

  I have the Q800 with Atmos and its so buggy with my LG C9. It turns off randomly, I get drop outs when listening to Youtube and worse of all I'll be watching a movies on Plex and out of no where I will get a blast of tone at 100% volume that wakes the whole house up.

    Lol.. so many user reviews of these Samsung bars having issues.. the LG ones are issue free.

      The reviews are all over the place which makes it a hard decision for this price point. You've got really good review and on the flip side, a bunch of issues like Robstar listed.

      I took the risk only because of the Money Back Guarantee provided by Samsung. The timing is right for the Christmas sales, so I can always grab another one if this one sh!t$ itself.

        There's also a random lip synch errors that drives me nuts, not sure if that's the Soundbar.. None of this stuff seems to be straight forward.
