I see it's got Intel wireless display. That's something you don't see in every bargain 17".
Those Medions are generally very well priced for what you get. Never bought one myself (I normally like to spec my computers), but I've been tempted once.
If you're after something generic you're unlikely to find a better price/spec deal.
My Medions have gotten old rather than broken down. My son has had 2 Toshibas, and an HP that have broken down before my Medions have I have one Medion that my littlest is using that is 10 years old. I dont like everything Aldi sells but I have been lucky with my laptops

Interestingly, Lenovo is going to purchase Medion in a US$907 million deal. Or maybe they did, I can't find any news other than the posts from June and July.
I wonder how this will affect ALDI. Will we see cheap Lenovo laptops at ALDI in the future? =P
