[PC] Steam - DiRT Rally 2.0 $14.23 (Was $56.95) + More 75% off Deals @ Steam Store

80

Just saw the Codemasters DiRT franchise on spesh in Steam. Probably on special because the new DiRT 5 is about to be released on the 7th of November.

I already have the original DiRT Rally but will probably get the bundle to add DiRT 4 and DiRT Rally 2.0 to my library.

I love DiRT Rally as its a fairly realistic simulator like the classic Richard Burns Rally and I have heard 2.0 is similarly good. I believe DiRT 4 is more of an arcade but I may as well get the bundle because "saving money" :P

Also on special:
DiRT 4 [-75%] - $8.98 was $35.95

DiRT Rally [-75%] - $7.23 was $28.95

DiRT Bundle [-78%] (includes DiRT Rally, DiRT Rally 2.0 and DiRT 4) - $27.40 was $121.85

  • Anyone tried these on VR? I currently have Dirt Rally (but haven't tried it in VR yet), and opinion seems a little divided if Dirt Rally 2 is an improvement DiRT Rally 1 & 2 #VR Comparison! // Oculus Rift S // GTX 1060 (6GB).

I have almost the same setup as you but I have a 1070.

I didn't try Dirt Rally 1 in VR but I can confirm that in 2 it is amazing and probably the most fun I have had in a racing game.

The only issue I have (and it's with every VR racing game) is that it's a pain to get the default camera position to be straight. Maybe I'm missing something.

      • There's usually a button you can assign to reset camera position. Don't know about Dirt Rally but Assetto Corsa and AMS 2 has it.

I bought Grid (2019 version) for $14.23. Unsure if that's the cheapest or whatever, at 14 bucks it was cheap and convenient enough for me to not go searching or using third party key sites. To each their own though.
