This fully adjustable monitor mount is great value and cheapest it has been in a while. It's more of a set and forget type of monitor stand, so if you need constant adjustability you might want to consider a gas spring mount stand instead. I prefer this style though as I've had issues with the cheaper gas spring stands sagging/getting weaker or needing constant readjustment over time.

I got this, holds up an aoc 34" fine so Xiaomi 34" should be fine too.

Can confirm, this is sitting on my 34" Xiaomi comfortably with no issues for 3-4 months.

      • Do you have to mount it directly behind the screen or can you have it on the side? How's the tilting/height adjustment? Do you miss the cable management with the Xiaomi stand? Do you need additional room on the back compared to the original stand? My desk is backed against the wall and would like to have as much desk space as possible.

          1. Yes, directly behind the screen.
          2. Tilting is ok, height adjustment is annoying as you need to use the provided allen keys to re-adjust — its more of a fix and forget type mount. Though I will say it does come with an allen key holder that wraps around the pole so that you've always got them there and ready (these are hidden by my monitor). Really liked this and was a +1 for me.
          3. Not really. You can see cable management pictured in the photos through the link. The only cable management it doesn't have is along the vertical pole — but I just use velcro straps (cheapies from Reject Shop) that're conveniently hidden behind my 34" screen (I'm sure they'd be hidden by 24"-27").
          4. I was confused by what you meant initially with this question but I understand. No - you don't need additional space. I don't have a ruler on me to give exact measurements but it's between 5-10mm off the desk — the same amount of space you'd allocate for your cables to fit through I guess.
          • @ishaboyavirski: Thanks for the detailed reply! Didn't expect you would answer all my questions lol.

    • I have a 38' Acer ultrawide monitor. Any thoughts?

  • Can the 18" arm taken out and be used without arm

    • +1

I've got a very similar looking model from a different brand.
Everything came shipped unassembled, so the 18" arm, pole, and clamp should all be usable separately.

    • can confirm you can do this, just have to unbolt the arms with the provided allen key

  • I've heard that some arms can't be used with recessed VESA mounts - is this the case here (or even at all)?

From the looks of it, those mounting points are quite close to the edge. Should be fine.

    • the vesa plate is detachable - can put the vesa plate on first and slide the monitor onto the arm

  • Can any one suggest a mount supports up to two 27'' screen with an extra laptop tray?

  • What's the normal price?

    • Last month when I tried to pick one up it was over $100. The camel camel link shows historic prices. They seem to fluctuate a lot depending on stock levels.

  • Pretty similar(same?) to this which I am using 2 of - one for a 34" and one for a 24" screen vertical which have both been good so far.
    $6-7 price difference

    • Yeah I think it's basically the same model? The one you linked is showing as $74.99 for me though.

I have this and the dual version as well for my 3 monitors.
Can not recommend enough, excellent quality and very stable.
Although… this is not a deal.
