Hmm.. but any food is bad if you have too much of it. 90 g would fit into that category
From the ingredients list, it seems like these bars contain less than 5g of Maltitol each
It has roughly the same glycemic index as sugar. Apparently it causes the insulin response a little slower than sugar, but its still happening. Diabetics and keto eaters are trying to avoid insulin spikes.
I can manage 3 or 4 of these in a day before Niagra Falls. I TRY to limit myself, but after some gin and tonic I've been known to shove several in my mouth at a time! :D
$2 for Quest bars?! How often do Woolworths do that? I've never seen but can imagine the demand would be through the roof…

I think I've had a Quest bar once, but I really like this. Tastes like real chocolate to me! The fudge caramel ones are awesome too, but not on special at the moment!

Pity they use maltitol hey. I'm hanging out for Woolworths $2 Quest Birthday Cake bars again.
