must be price error, as it's sold above $1000 elsewhere.

    • That is the frame size…. wheel size is 700, standard. That said Its got to be a pricing error so I can't really be bothered to hit buy

      • -1

        That is the frame size…

        What dimensions is it for?

    • -2

I still haven’t received my package from nearly a month ago so I emailed the seller a week ago and I still haven’t got a reply from them.

    2:

It’s been 3months that I haven’t received my order. Been messaging the seller but i got no reply. This this the worst thing you can get buying from catch with different sellers. It’s just so difficult to communicate when things bought are faulty or item w

    3:

If I could leave all zero's I would, Item never sent and seller has ignored both my direct contact and Catch's contact. Catch is awesome this seller is not

    4:

Sent me the wrong product and now won’t communicate with me at all Very disappointed

    5:

Poor communication and have not responded to any queries nor have received the item..do not recommend to buy from this seller.

No thanks. Reminds me of the new dodgy Amazon sellers selling things 15% cheaper than official stores.

He's 0-6 on this post, maybe if he keeps trying he might come up with a funny. Doubtful though, he doesn't have a good track record.

        • He? R U sure?

      • +3

Could someone link to a comment that he/she made that is funny or relevant? I couldn’t find any.

      • +3

        Menu log is awesome.

  • +1

Thanks op, even though they dishonour it, we can get $10 catch credit :)

    • +1

      How that?

      • +45

A representative from Catch comes to your house, bows, apologises and hands you a $10 voucher.

        • +1

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, they will instead set up a personal Zoom call while sending the $10 voucher through the post. The bowing and apologising will still occur, however through the mode of the Zoom call instead

    • +1

      • +2

No no it's electric like bzzzzz, not gas.

    • +3

A fish bowl? I don't even know a fish, let alone many fish that would necessitate an entire bowl.

      • +1

        *own. ISWYDT

  • +8

Wait I just realized how stupid this is, you can only go as far as the extension lead will go, what is the point?

    • +4

      Covid era bike?

      • yeah mang

    • +1

      The lazy man's excersize bike.

      • I actually want to convert my Fat bike to electric, it's a custom design one off that weighs in @ 13.5 KGs, the wheels weigh 8 KGs together, so pushing the wheels can get hard on the legs, electric would be great especially since i have slicks for this.

When the wind catches the front wheel, it can be somewhat hard to correct, so electric would be really nice with low rolling resistance tires.

  • +1

There's no way that you're going to be legitimately buying a brand new adult size push bike for $55. It's not a legit price.

Any way. It looks like they pulled the product page from the Catch web site. So much a pricing mistake.

  • RRP = $1999

Pricing error fail on Catch = $54.99

  • +3

There’s no way anyone that order will receive this bicycle

  • +1

I know the wholesale price of this bicycle. This is price error 100%. Knowing catch, you will get some other random item, then have to jump hoops to get your money back.

    • Ok, let's see if PayPal can get my 55$ back or not.

    • Knowing catch, you will get some other random item, then have to jump hoops to get your money back.

I've purchased hundreds of items from Catch and have never once received 'some random item', so this either happened to you once and you're exaggerating, or you are just flat-out lying.

  • Would be cool if anyone actually gets one (and doesn't want it and sells it to me for a quick profit)

    • +1

I'm quite sure that they are quite aware of this pricing error. Considering how quick they pulled the product from the web site. No one has any chance of getting one.

      • +4

I just received my email confirmation that item has been shipped with Fastway.

        • -2

Proof or i don't believe it. And proof that it had actually been handed over to Fastway. Receiving a shipping information notice doesn't mean that it's been handed over to the courier yet.

You don't own it until it's been handed over to the possession of the courier.

Like as if they are going to honour a $2000 push bike for $55.

I'm sorry but that's not proof. It's just some one created a shipping label, possibly by mistake.

        • +3

Yeah just don't be under the false impression that you're actually going to be getting one. There's a big difference between shipping label creation (which is what just happened for you as the system automatically sends the email when that happens) and actually the store handing the item over to the courier at courier parcel pickup time.

Just think about it for a second. These bikes are worth $2000. Do you really think they are going to allow you to get it for $55?. Obviously the pricing error notice hasn't reached the warehouse yet. That could get through to the warehouse at any time between now and tomorrow morning. They're going by pull those items that they've accidentally created shipping labels for back and cancel them. It would be cheaper for them to do that than let $2000 bikes go out the door for $55 and make a massive profit loss.

  • +3

You watch. Tomorrow there will be cancellation emails. And if any one gets shipping confirmation email it's only because they created a shipping label. Not that it's been given over to Fastway or another courier. They can still cancel that even if you've been given a shipping confirmation email. As it's a Sunday and courier shipment pickups don't even happen until Monday. Once they spot the massive pricing error and inform the warehouse they'll cancel those shipping labels and cancel the orders. You will not get one even if you've received that shipping email. Might of had more of a chance of one slipping through accidentally if it wasn't a Sunday but really close to courier pickup time during the business day.

  • Got a cancellation for the earlier $34.99 deal of this.

  • +1

My order was cancelled. The reason "out of stock"

  • +4

    Click bait.

  • No news yet for my $14.99 order. There's hope ;-)

  • Got a cancellation for the $54.99 deal of this.

  • -6

Got an order cancellation due to out of stock.
What a waste of time Catch is. Never touching this website with even a pole vault. So shady! Are there no obligations?

    • +5

Lol you play the price error game, don't know why people have SUPER high expectations.

Most of these price errors are a waste of time, and waiting for refund isn't worth it most of the times.

    • +5

How is that shady, you purchasing an 2K RRP Electric Bike for $55 and expecting them to honour it is shady lol. Dense Cabbage.
