  • used paypal. thanks op

    • just curious, does it allow to pay directly in AUD? I have always used my ING card to avoid any conversion fees (I assumed there might be)

      • If your ING card is linked to PayPal, when you go to pay through PayPal there will be an option to change the currency from AUD to USD on the ING Card and you'll avoid both conversion fees and their PP's inflated exchange rate.

        • Well I was paying earlier using ING card directly as a card payment. If I use PayPal for payment (cyrryhave my Amex linked to PP) will I incur any additional fee/charges?

          • @nokia3660: PayPal will default the linked card to AUD unless you specify USD during checkout and use their own inflated exchange rate. It should say "View conversion options" or similar when you select your card in PayPal during checkout to avoid that inflation.

            • @Clear: Thanks. So I am better off using my ING card as direct card payment.

              • @nokia3660: No. Reread the instructions. In PP click on currency conversion and choose USD. Then have your ING as the payment option. ING will do the conversion.

  • Happy with the PVC one I got from the last deal.

  • AliExpress now accepts PayPal too!

minimum $1.50 though according to my checkout attempt :/

    • Really? I paid in USD and it went through at US$1.05.

maybe selecting USD is the issue, mine was in AUD.

    OOS?

No. Make sure you select Black, PVC. The nylon grey is out of stock.

  • Nice, thanks :)

Okay now we're out of stock! If previous deals are anything to go buy, Cabletime usually restock each day so I'll keep an eye out and update here if I see that change.

  • I think it's OOS; 0.5m for PVC is greyed out.

  • Dang it. Queens Gambit made me miss this deal

  • I can verify these aren't e-marked cables. They only claim 60w charging and USB 2.0 anyway (an e-mark chip is required for power and/or transmission rates higher than this per USB-IF certifications). This is just a standard C2C cable.

Either this seller's intentionally lying or they're confusing it with the 100w variant of this cable.

    • Yes e-mark isn't required when it's USB 2.0, 20V and 3A.

      • Appreciate the edit to OP but it definitely isn't e-marked. I have a number of these same cables in every size and they all work with micro USB/mini USB/lightning converters (which don't work with e-marked cables). I also have the e-marked 100w version and the converters don't work with them.
