The old ones don't add to the number of active users in the next quarterly financial report for ebay. Number of active users affects the share price.
Just a warning, they do ban for this. They actually ban your main account too if abused.
I don’t mind if they ban me. It will help me stop shopping for junk if anything but thanks for the warning.

eBay terms of service does allow multiple accounts, provided they are all associated with a unique email address. I've certainly never had any of my 10+ accounts shut down over the years. You are also allowed to link your paypal to as many accounts as you want, provided the accounts themselves are using unique emails for the eBay accounts.
I've had issues with them all being suspended at once when eBay aren't happy with you, but they were all reinstated once the issue was resolved amicably
Totally agree. To be honest I’m up to 12 accounts and none have been banned yet.
Once I didn’t pay my seller fees on one of my accounts and yes all were suspended until I paid the fees.
How did you get them reinstated?
It was a few years ago. I just paid the outstanding amount and they were reinstated, I can’t remember if I had to contact ebay about each one. I had about 3-4 accounts then.
Likewise, I got 5 accounts. Fyi it used to be $20 credit provided you don't use the initial credit. But that hasn't worked for me on my last couple of go's.

Thats right. I have an ebay account that is rarely used, and it gets a lot of $5 vouchers and other deals all the time. The trick is to not use the ebay account, as ebay loves to reward people that dont do much business.
