      Hi vetopower, sorry to hear the offer isn't applying seamlessly for you!

      The most likely resolution is going a little further through the checkout process so that you confirm your shipping address (the free shipping is only valid for customers in Australia and New Zealand). When you have entered your ANZ shipping address and click ‘Proceed to Payment’ you will see your final order price updated with the free standard shipping.

      However if this doesn't resolve the issue please PM me and we can help troubleshoot further!
