Same here, I followed their instruction and unable to use any of these SELECT Coupon (I have one $27 off single coupon that I cannot use anywhere)
Select coupons have a minimum order spend that depends on the item you're buying, I think that might be your problem.

The singleday 4, 7, 10 and 12 coupons are listed by ShopBack.
Yes, those are 'Promo Codes' you enter at checkout in lieu of using an 'AliExpress coupon'. These are different from 'Store' and 'Select' coupons, which I'm not sure if we can stack.

Stuck on the "you are on the way to Aliexpress" with a something went wrong underneath it but the cb is still showing as just 5%

had to force close the app a few times and initially nothing came up when i typed in aliexpress, then eventually the new page showed up in the search

It says that only affiliated products are eligible for cashback. Does anyone know how to check if an item is an affiliate store product? I tried entering the product URL into the checker but I didn't get any result.
Just paste the string of numbers found in the URL and it should work.

Still haven’t tracked from yesterday’s purchase yet. They used to track within an hour.
Nothing tracked for me either. Neither a big purchase of $195 or another separate order of lots of smaller things (earrings) have tracked. Hmmmm.
No tracking yet, but also no confirmation email from aliexpress (order is currently processing though)
I feel aliexpress is somewhat backlogged and we're going to end up with some automated emails about how our orders didnt track :/

Getting my cashback tracked at 5% instead of 12%.
All appears to have tracked here.
I've got one transaction which picked up the proper 12% and 6 others which only came across at 5%.
Anyone have any luck with contacting Shopback with transactions that didn't track? What's the best way to get it sorted quick without going round in circles?
I made a bunch of purchases and some seem to have tracked some didn't (and even on the ones that tracked I suspect they may not have tracked at the correct rate) and the order IDs that show up in Shopback aren't my Aliexpress order IDs.
Contacted them about it and the person replying my emails is being (intentionally?) unhelpful giving what seem to be scripted replies.
Can the reps here help out?
Aliexpress seems like an ongoing tracking trainwreck and it suddenly got even worse for the flash sale…
My purchase did not track, I submitted a missed cashback request and it got denied, I'm not very happy with this looks like I should stick with cash rewards.

Sorry if this has been asked many times, are we able to use SELECT coupons and STORE coupons alongside the cashback?
