Stumbled upon this awesome price for a non-ugly colour scheme for NMD's, these shoes normally retail around $200, $150 if you're lucky and snag a special.

At around $105 these are around half the price, sneakerheads will no doubt be familiar with these kicks.
Price is dependant on size, US 7.5 was $105, other sizes can be found for less.

Lots of sizes still available, and variants of colours:
Mens
White/Orange(red) $119
White/red(black) $99

Womens:
Grey/Silver $108
White/Gold from $98
Core Black/Mint ~$130

Will update as I find more.

Don't forget Cashrewards for extra ~7%

Stay sharp,

  • Bit worried about the pink, looks ok on the pictures. Nice price, especially with 7% cashback on top.

    • I thought the same, looks white to me though. Great price, ordered for $99 and 7% cashrewards.

    • They've arrived and look just like the picture.

Am I too old to wear this? In my 30s…

    • +3

      Absolutely not

    • I am also in my 30s haha.

even if you arent wearing them for fashion, I would imagine they would make very good training shoes/runners.

      • +10

Theyre not great runners. Comfy everyday shoes though.

      • Not good for running - Great for roaming around in the gym though, which is what i use mine for.

    • At a certain point these crossover from fashion to comfort, so it's win win either way. Go for your life.

    • +20

      30s is old? FML :(((

      • +1

Hahahahaha you oldies.. Lucky I'm 29 and 10 months.

    • +1

I am in my 40s and getting one.

    • Not at all. Wouldn't matter if you were in your 60's.

    • yes, they are also overpriced socks with a glued on sole.

  • +3

They are not as comfortable as I thought, actually quite tight/restrictive. Also they were much cheaper in a previous deal a few months ago. Not worth any more than $80 IMO.

  • +9

Honestly, I don't think these are very comfortable

During the last Adidas sale, I ended up buying a pair along with ultraboost, and another pair of boost shoes and these are very very uncomfortable

    • Which ones do you find uncomfortable?

      • +1

        Nmd

        • Ok, good to know thanks. I've had several designs with boost soles (Ultraboost, POD3.1 and solarboost) and have found them all to be very comfy so far as they tend to have stretchy material up top combined with the soft comfort of the boost underfoot. Slightly sad to hear that's not the same for these.

I find the POD3.1 to be most comfy, then solarboost then ultra.

    • +3

Same thoughts. Ultraboost are more comfortable but I don't understand why people rave about them, the boost sole is not that special. These NMD's just feel restrictive and by the end of the day I can't wait to get them off. They look pretty good though..

      • Would you be able to explain in a little more detail how it is restrictive? I have never tried them to be honest, but my friends in singapore rave about them.

Which areas is the shoe restrictive?

      • Ultraboost is a more comfortable shoe, I agree. I haven't found the soles to be anything special, either. Not sure which is better.

I've had 1 pair of each form sizeable horizontal cracks midway along, due to flex, after about 12mo use. Thought the Ultras would last a bit longer than that, with Continental rubber.. Maybe I should've rotated them more often.

    • very true, all hype. i only bought because friends said they are amazing. i should have known better, they buy all the fads and what celebrity are wearing because they are wearing them. i should have tried them out in store 1st so I would know they are crap.

  • +5

Agree the rest, as an owner of NMDs, PureBoosts and Ultraboosts, the NMD's are the least comfortable of the bunch.. which isn't to say that they aren't comfortable, but after wearing one for a full day I want them off too. I still think it's a great price for a good shoe, but should be in the ~100 range to make it worth it. Or if after comfort and not necessarily style, then spend more for Ultras.

  • +1

Wish they'd do a sale on the Olympic special editions

  • Are these good for weight training?

    • nope

      • not good for running, not good for weight training. what are they good for then? walking?

        • +2

yeah, just general walking around. Weight training shoes you need something with a flat sole.

          • -1

@first in line: Huh? Lots of lifting shoes have very high heels. They’re generally wedge shaped, wide and stiff.

    • +1

Really depends on what you mean - any shoe is good for most upper body weight training as you arnt utilizing your feet or legs as much. If you're after a good solid shoe for specific lower body heavy lifting like dead lifting or squating you ideally want a shoe with a completely flat base, to ensure youre stable and wont topple over - so not these shoes. That being said, unless youre lifting very heavy or are very into having everything right for your heavy compound lifts then these are great for most to all gym users.

      • Thanks for the detailed response. I don't lift with body building in mind, mainly strength training for sports. I do compound exercises but don't ego lift more than I can handle. Will probably shop around for something else though seeing as the consensus seems to be against these shoes for any sport/athletic uses.

I'm a Nike man through and through but bought a pair of the NMD R1's recently, they are awesome, so comfy.

    • +1

I guess goes to show that comfort, juat like styling is highly subjective. Hope I too find them comfortable.

    • I hear you. I don't think there is any other shoe that is more comfortable than the Pegasus 37.

  • Great deal but my size is not available for the colour I want :((

  • +1

Only ugly color schemes left for me…

    • Keep checking because what I wanted was unavailable but about 30 mins later, there was one available

  • +1

Seen this on Amazon for over a week but thought it wasn't that great of a deal. Worth going ultraboost for slightly more when black Friday/end of year sales come.

  • Word of warning… The white foam gets filthy very quickly. Should be ok for indoor use only.

    • No shoes on allowed in my house

    • +1

Two words of solution. Magic eraser.

  • Mine have arrived, in terms of comfort they're very comfortable for me. They have a narrower last than POD3.1 and slightly narrower than Solarboost, so if you had a very wide foot along the whole length you might not find it amazingly comfortable. My foot is quite wide but only across the forefoot but before the toes so the stretch of the material here is fine for accommodating that.

In summary if you don't have a very broad loaf like foot I can't see any reason why you would find these to be anything but comfortable.

Disclaimer: only wore them around for a few minutes.

  • Got mine today, they feel very comfortable to me (i didnt wear socks though)

    • Also thankfully the pink is not really "pink". It doesnt look too bad.

Also i only tried them on, but i dont see why it would be uncomfortable.

      • +1

Its the sock like design. Wait until you walk around in them all day, once your foot starts to swell they get very uncomfortable and you just want them off. No good for hot and muggy weather either, I pretty much live in Birkenstocks and Havainas during summer.

        • I have worn even worse version of these before by nike in terms of the sock like design, I actually found it to be okay.

Maybe you need to get it a tighter fit than your other shoes? Not sure.

When it comes to shoes my tolerance is pretty high. Only school shoes/leather shoes give me the desire to remove them
