Not sure what's going on but I apply the coupon and it accepts it, but takes $0.00 off. Does it only work on items not on special?
Yeah I got the same - but when you go to the payment it takes the 5% off.

Used the code in Brisbane, took 0 off and even after going through payment screen.
Bought 2 makers mark for $114
Confirmed that the discount applies on the payment screen
I had to message them my order and they refunded 10% I must had ordered early as it didn't take off anything even after check and many complaints on their Facebook page
It seems to me that sometimes you just need to refresh the page or go to payment screen come back and refresh page again, doing that worked out for me even though I became a bit more greedy and did not redeem that, discount did show up. I tried from Northern Territory, Australia.
Applied today and it worked.
Was nice as:
- Ordered cider which offered $3/case off for membership rewards
- Code took another $4.20 off (thanks OP) - at the payment screen
- Paid using egiftcard which took 5% off
So not exactly big money but.. some stacking worked which was nice.
Note - this code can only be used once.. (per loyalty card I assume.. or per account).
