Anyone else had issues with Unidays Catch code? Mine keeps coming up as multi use but its only a single use and i cant reset it without each time going to their support which takes days as they dont know their own systems and they think its a single use code that i can reset on my own.

Purchased 5 of these cables earlier in the year from Catch and they work great as charger cables on power bricks and battery banks but will not charge or transfer data on both MacBooks we own. They will connect for about 30 secs then disconnect until you unplug and plug back in again and will only charge for a further 30 secs then drop out again.
did you try returning them or making a warranty claim?
