      After gift card usage. If your cart is $100 and you pay $40 using a gift card you will receive cashback on $60. That’s how I read that sentence.

    Negative for the amount of exclusions imposed by Myers which pretty much I suspect made up the majority of sales.

    I don't like the use of the phrase "such as". It implies there may be other brand exclusions.

    Far too many exclusions, requires careful analysis. People will be surprised when they don’t get their cash back.

    For example some great lego excluded:

    I fired but are aware I'd had better be happy with that price prior to cashback as you can't be sure of tracking .
    This forum aware of the standard generic reply sent if following up missing cashbacks and for many its not worth the effort .

    Be wary, with yesterday Cellarmasters did not track at 30% uncapped so it's a huge risk.

    I gave this my first negative vote, like others mentioned the amount of shear exclusions is ridiculous.

    I wouldn't trust shopback, data breach aside, I followed all the criteria from this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/574576?page=1#comment) and they rejected it today (5 months) later with no explanation, I have reached out to the support team…whats the point of the cashback if they always add the line "the merchant holds discretion in determining the cashback validity" and can freely reject every claim?

      Make, the best thing to do now if an item doesn't track is simply file a claim and if it's not sorted before the return policy, simply return the items.

        Thanks for the advice mate, it was tracked and rejected so I have filed a claim. It's been used for the past 5 months so I don't think returning is possible? If it were rejected immediately I could have considered that. Any other advice is appreciated :)

          I basically email, and if they can't approve it before the time I can return it, I simply return the item.

          If I'm buying something with huge cashback, the only reason I was buying it was because of the cashback.

          Unfortunately it cost the business money in shipping the item to me, and then pain return postage for the item.

          But that's how it's going to be.

    The click was registered and I made a qualifying purchase in the timeframe.
    I have submitted a missing claim but I await the generic email advising me I did something wrong
