Hi,
I'm looking to pickup the new M1 powered 2020 Mac Mini and I'm looking for a decent monitor. I'm coming from a 2012 27'' iMac and would be ideally looking for a 27-32'' 4k monitor that is decent for photo and video editing. It doesn't need to be cutting edge as all the editing work I do is just personal photo/video work.
Any suggestions?

I was in a similar situation earlier this year and went with a second hand Apple monitor. They go for around $400-$500, so not cheap.
Which model?
I bought one of the most recent 27” Thunderbolt displays. I did then need to buy an adapter as it has a T2 port. Looks nice with the Mini and I find most Apple products last well. There’s a few on eBay now <$400.

Coming from a 2008 24" iMac and looking to get the new M1 Mini.

You must have spidey senses I literally set it up last night lol. Looks great so far 27 is a good size and the colours and sharpness look great. Haven’t done any video editing on it yet but pleased so far for $200

I’m waiting for the LG Ultrafine 4K to be back in stock (though it’s only 24”).
The ultrafine looks good but 24'' is a little limiting… the 5k ultrafine is soooo pricey!
I know right? Otherwise it would be a no brainer!
