My sister has these and its not that brilliant…certainly not for 300 bucks. Am I just being winy? Whats a good budget wireless bud?

Plenty of options if you're brave enough to go down the "chi-fi" route. Check out Scarbir as a starting point - he does some great reviews of budget true wireless (TWS) earbuds.

      • Thanks very much for the taotronic link, I've used their headphones before and they're excellent. I bought a pair from your link for my wife for xmas

No, they're very good. I had the Jabra 75T Elite as well, which I think had better sound, but they were too buggy unfort. Had an issue with the left earbud which was a widespread issue. But generally the Airpods Pro are very good - good call quality (other than in the wind), very good sound, works pretty seamlessly with an iPhone.

You don't need to spend $300 to find good call quality and good sound.

works pretty seamlessly with an iPhone.

Knowing how Apple is though, you'll probably need to pay $300 for this.

    • These seem to work more reliably than other brands if you have an iPhone.

      I wonder why.

They have an extra chip that improves syncing compared with an ordinary Bt chip. That works with Apple devices. And it really does make a difference.
