      At 79% you get a warning on your phone about battery health so saying 80% is saying you are selling a phone that needs a new battery.

  Are the iPhones Australian models or are they from somewhere else? Also on your website it says refurbs have 6 months warranty, there's no mention of 12 months anywhere. How can we be sure that we will get 12 months warranty?

    Hello. These handsets were bought in as part of our fleet buying. These handsets have been sourced from Australia itself so we can be 90% sure that they are Australian models.
    We are aware that generally we offer 6 months warranty on refurbished units but for this promo we are confident of the quality and hence we are offering a 12 months warranty.
    Warranty duration will be mentioned on the receipt.
