          FYI I chatted with them on FB and they said multiple transactions totalling $80 during the promotion period qualifies for $20 off.

      Me too. I got Chemist Warehouse but "only available at participating locations in Australia (refer to store list)". Does say "Offer eligible for online and in-store payments" but from memory I've had deliveries not invoiced as Chemist Warehouse. Very confusing. To be safe I'll do click and collect, if my local store is participating. I've looked through my Latitude account but can't any reference to the promo.

      I spent a good 10 mins trying to find some kind of additional information, but no luck… You'd think that given these are "fabulous shopping offers every month" they'd make a webpage and banners to promote it, or at least a terms and conditions page…

      So I had a chat with their support team - turns out all Chemist Warehouse are participating. Though it's not the first time a customer support person told me incorrect stuff before, so, take it with a grain of salt.

    Agree with some of the comments above, I've never received a promotion email from them which makes me think I didn't sign up for marketing mailing list - how do we subscribe? Anyone know? I just checked online and couldn't find a way to do it using a browser - haven't downloaded their app yet so maybe there's an option there?

    Just an FYI to qualify for the cashback it doesn't have to be one transaction, you can do multiple smaller transactions, just s long as they total the amount required during the promotion date range.

    So we placed a delivery order with Chemist Warehouse worth around $90. Got the $20 back from Latitude a few days later. The day after that, CW cancelled and refunded about $75 worth of the order because they couldn't fulfil, so $5 ahead! 😂

    Just a warning to be careful with these promos. I made several purchases from Chemist Warehouse totalling much more than $80 during the promo period. On 29th December I used chat as I had not received cash back. I was told I would definitely receive it by 6th January. Today I was told by chat that I was given "incorrect information" and did not qualify as I did not spend $80 in a single transaction. I told them about info given previously that individual purchases could be less than $80 as long as they totalled $80 within the promo period. I did eventually get told I would get the credit but only after escalating and spending more than an hour with online chat.
