  Because they are coming from OS and you have to wait for them and warranty might be an issue.
  
  That being said Jaybird support is pretty good in my experience….but then it needs to be because their products have a high failure rate (again …in my experience).

    Same here. They are quick to replace headphones but I have killed more Jaybird headphones than I care to remember
