Yes I've done the same as well. There seems to be a small but steady supply of close to new Sonos Ones for sale on Gumtree/FB Marketplace priced quite bit under their RRP.
Wonder why can’t people just return to store instead of selling it at a loss :p
Some stores don't allow straight up returns for change of mind, especially if already opened. I'm guessing it's a combo of that and people not knowing you can.
