    Mobileciti, I was just unpacking my mobile.

    With any new phone there's usually a special 'Do not accept if broken' sticker on them.

    I noticed on my one that there were TWO stickers… one on top of another, but it wasn't perfectly aligned. That's how I noticed.

    I peeled back the first layer and the second layer was indeed the same sticker.

    Can you please explain this?

    For the record, I've been impressed with everything you've done so far.

      We can guarantee the phone is 100% brand new, the 2nd sticker it was put on by samsung, We don't know exactly for what reason(maybe for QC), however if you are not satisfied with the condition please contact us for return or exchange.

      Don't know if mobileciti carry them, but ZTE/Telstra's T202 and T203 are great for seniors - bought those for the grandparents. Big clear buttons, torch, emergency dial switch and great battery life.

      Unlocking after 6 months is around $25 (not sure how much to unlock before 6 months but maybe $50-$100). So for first 6 months I had them on Telstra's long life plan. Now they are on an unlimited plan with voda.

      Alternatively, mymemory.co.uk has these/similar handsets for sale already unlocked and ready to go. Might be worthwhile picking that up next time they have a 10% storewide coupon, in case mobileciti dont carry the handset you need.

          No worries. FYI the telstra phone's aren't on a plan, they are on prepaid. It's just that the cost to unlock for use on another network is greater if less than 6 months so I let them stay on Telstra prepaid for that time.

          Yeah the coupon code won't work with the linked phones, because at $50 off they would be close to half price. You'll have to negotiate something else with the rep. Good luck.
