Bought one and regret so much. It's so slow with super outdated version of Android.

Stay away from Lenovo entry level range of products for the time being!

This has 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Also, it was just recently updated to Android 10. You must have the first gen.

      • Have the M10 Gen2, that's why it's disappointing. It's still limited to Android 9.

        • I bought the one 2GB/32GB . Yes, that one is painful to use. I think the one with 4GB/64GB with Android 10 is way much better. It is actually pretty good. So, I think, make sure it has 4GB/64GB if you buy one.

    • You have this one the plus with 4G? Not the 2G version?

My kids and I have had lenovo tabs .. and they work and fine for our use.

    • thank you for telling this

If you can stretch to the Lenovo Duet Chromebook @ $374, I think you will find it much better value.

I find ChromeOS significantly better that Android for a tablet especially if you spend the majority of your time in a browser. Frequent updates from Google is a big bonus.

    • Can you install google app (games etc) onto Chromebook?

      • Most, but there are some incompatibility issues, but I haven't experienced them personally.

Cheapest price so far for Lenovo Duet Chromebook is $329. Hopefully it will return to that price in the new year.

  • Soldered ram kills the deal….oh wait its a tab not a laptop 😂

  • Apparently the latest android 10 update supports windevine L1 according to lenovo forums.

But still no support for HD playback on Netflix etc.. ( link 1, link 2 )

    • Apparently going by the second link .. not for Netflix but Disney and amazon are in Hd!

      Weird.

I'll check myself .. how do you check, I have NF, prime, Stan and Disney currently

      • can someone tell me why on earth Netflix etc does cr@p like this to stop people using their product on their chosen device/platform??

        • Because piracy… It's bad, mmmk?

Seriously though, I think it's to appease their other content providers.

  • Where did the discount code appear?

    • At the cart - it may have been as I left the item in the cart for a few days!

      I had to apply it.

  • Automatically?

  • Thanks for the post, by the way.

Got it. No luck for me, but it's a good price nevertheless.

  • I have the M10 Gen2 with 4GB/64GB.

    It's NOT Android 10! It's still Android 9.

It's slow and the camera is extremely average. I have the old Tab3 8. It's the same as 5 years old tablet.

  • so i have to be a student with some sort of proof to purchase this at this price?
