        Hi powerhammer - I don't make the rules round here so I won't try to say what you should or should not do.

        It's the same code. It's perhaps a comment on the previous post that you don't have to pay by Paypal to use a Paypal discount code. That is generally the case - though probably Paypal doesn't want everyone to know that.
