                      @Willco88: just done.. now to wait for a reply, or eBay to step in by Saturday. unfortunately there are no real alternatives in this price range. the AOC and Gigabyte equivalents are all using the same panels and in the $700-800 range.

                              @SAVE FERRIS: Ended up using eBay's free return policy via ParcelPoint which is an amazing service that I didn't know existed. Completely automated and I just dropped off at a collection point. Will be chasing a full refund.

                              Note: ZERO replies from the eBay seller. Xiaomi's 1800 number takes you in circles with no one answering. Xiaomi support emails have not been responded to either. Something to keep in mind for those that need support in the future.

                                I received mine yesterday and it's luckily intact. Not 100% sure if I like the pixel density or not but it's still good for what it is.

      Their listing say it will ship 1-2 days before release. I would hope that means today and not tomorrow given how Aus Post is at the moment.

      From memory, The Gamesmen are pretty good at shipping pre-orders. When they do ship, they usually don’t update shipping details until late in the day.

      My only concern is how hardcore CDPR is being with embargo’s, they might be too scared to ship two days early and risk breaking release date?

        I've only had one pre-order with gamesmen before and they shipped late and its came days later after launch…. I hope this time isn't the same thing :( But you may be right about them being cautious about breaking street date…..

              @catdogbarglar: They are being cautious apparently, so you either get it delivered on the day……or not. So I guess I might try avoiding them in the future if the point of ordering for release day is not a priority for them.

              Does anyone know if how quick express post is currently(I know delivery guarantees went out the window).

                @Forfiet: Yeah they're taking the route of avoiding delivering it early at all costs - unfortunately it means they would rather risk delivering it late than on time.

                Not sure if I would order from them again. A nice money saver but for a game I've been waiting ages for, should have just bit the bullet and paid full price to play asap rather than sitting around on release date when I could be playing

          What I don't understand with this stupid avoiding getting prior to release date - game is locked anyway, so what is a big deal if you get a day before?

            @raspudala: I guess maybe it isn't locked for physical? Maybe you can just disconnect internet and pop the disc in and play? I don't think CD Projekt Red do DRM stuff so they wouldn't make a game that required internet connection, could be wrong though I don't actually know….

    Bought the 34 inch monitor. Have not received my item so far.

    Received an email from xiaomi ebay, telling me delivery attempted this morning. But I am actually in the house all the morning. Never received any call from the courier.

    CourierPlease updated the shipping info as "INCORRECT ADDRESS" and "TRANSFER TO SYDNEY". But I am living in Canberra.

    I don't know why the courier lies, it seems that they don't want to do the business…

    Have emailed xiaomi back, requested shipping again using Startrack. Hopefully they will do this.

      I got shipping notification, but on Aust Post they now state that 'Express Post next-business-day guarantee suspended', so no guarantee we get tomorrow. Looks like AP using Corona as an excuse for their crap delivery service.

      Same here. I am in sydney. How long does it take to send a parcel from sydney to sydney. The tracking record is not updated and nonsense. I complained to them 3 times. Not much use. Escalated to ebay, not much use. Contacted Mi store. They didnt do anything useful. Worst courier ever. We cant go out, in case they do delivery. But I dont know when is the delivery.

        Did you get your monitor? I finally got mine on 17/12 after so many hours wasted on the phone chasing up Couriers Please. I also tried to escalate to the seller on eBay and put in a complaint to PayPal. I'm pretty sure Xiaomi Aus is aware how bad Couriers Please is now.

        I got a call from the driver while I was at work (got no notification that the monitor was out for delivery). Luckily the driver was nice about it and we agreed that it was okay to leave it out in front of the apartment lobby. Luckily no one took it! Good luck!
