  Despite the intention for a good cause, I don't think this belongs in a bargain website.

    Yep. You have to pay $2 (though it may be to a worthy cause), but you go into a raffle..

    I would think you can buy a piece of metal like that for a few dollars anyways..

  crap, this filter in vietnam is worth….less than 50 cents, Im from Vietnam here, dont know what they werer thinking when put up a prize like that, totally ripping off

  How did this even get 2+ votes? I think the 2 x ugly ties for free + $3.90 shipping is a better bargain than this……. :-)
