Both Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition are on discount (50% and 55% off respectively). Lowest price ever according to ITAD.

Changing the country on Microsoft store to Egypt brings the price down to approx. $34.72 AUD (EGP400.5), which is the cheapest country according to Xbox Now. This does not require VPN, but I'm unsure if there'll be any consequences for doing so.

    Changing your region to buy games at a lower price is technically marketplace fraud and can result in your account being banned due to breaking the ToS. Just an FYI.

  According to the FAQ on Xbox Now, Egypt and China stores are closed to non-natives. Your next best price will be Brazil via gift cards or through Discord.

  Payment only with local CC and VPN on your console! You can't change your console region to Egypt. Use auto-download instead. Buying if ever only possible on your computer.
