      There can be situation you can not install OBS in the company's device.

    The HDMI in port can only be used for unencrypted HDMI for it to work, so the answer is no.

    HDCP will need to be turned off on the device's output for the capture card to work but Netflix/Prime etc generally require HDCP to be enabled or it won't play back any content.
