        Hi Virco. I think the OzB community is pretty clear in their message. Can you please bring back the deal above, even just for BF? I appreciate that you might not get all the same parts, but close enough is good enough. And if you are worried about your margins, surely you can make up for it with a certain volume of PCs sold?

            @virco: Does this one you link for $2258 come with WiFi? It doesn't specify it on the website, but in your previous deals with same/similar specs, they say they include WiFi.

    How's the backlog looking like, virco? very keen to order from Sydney based shop, but just wanting to find out if you guys have sorted the huge complication with Titan Tech, which I believe has caused significant delay in that 5600X|3070 deal.

    And is anyone even manning your email queue? Recently (like few weeks ago) I've submitted an enquiry about gaming PC to your Contact Us but no one has responded to my email. Is it more efficient to communicate via DM here in Ozbargain? Titan Tech is no different; their communication is also terrible. Got an email template saying We're so excited to build a PC for you! Please give us 24 hours to get back to you! and then nothing. Post 72 hours, I enquired back and I got a human replying "sorry about that. Bear with me and I'll get back to you shortly" and then nothing until now …

      As Virco holds all the stock on hand, we purchased and managed our stock before we released the offer to the public, that's why we are able to sell/build our system we are offering pretty much on the same day or the day after. We welcome customers to come to our shop to look at the products, or simply have a chat with us, to find out more about the computer product you are interested with.

      As announced previously at several different media, Virco is helping TitanTech with some assembling and shipping the systems which TitanTech has sold. We are a completely different company, any issue with TitanTech, please contact them directly.

          It's depends on which license you had before, most likely not be able to transfer. Each machine require one brand new license.

          Only retail version of license allow you to do the transfer in some case, any other license, eg, OEM version, refurbish license, educational license, corporation license , license from notebook are all not transferable.

          Retail version is the license from USB stick, come with colourful box, and you have to be completely not use the previous machine in order for transfer.

          Any question regarding to the licensing, please refer to Microsoft

    Sorry Virco, these deals are only "ok", which makes them poor value when compared to the excellent Techfast deals for Black Friday. They're not even as good as some of your recent deals (presumably due to lack of distributor/manufacturer support).

    For most of them there isn't even a clear component quality advantage. It's nice having a known-brand SSD and memory but Techfast's current deals mostly have reasonable power supply and motherboard options too (and the Corsair CV Series in most of your machines is not well regarded).

    I think the 5600x/3070 offer is the least-bad if you really wanted that combination and wanted it soon, since your delivery times seem good and the components solid. But even there, Titan Tech seem to have unexpired the coupon here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/579066 which offers upgraded/choice of components at a similar price if someone is willing to dig through the options.

    So, overall, very hard to recommend any of these when there are genuine bargains available.
