Pretty sure it’s mainly cosmetic differences, with the GX having slightly better speaker specs
I think they are pretty much same except that gx mounts flush to the wall.
GX better for wall mount. Still comes with a stand but it's designed to go on the wall
I believe the GX has the ATSC 3.0 tuner as well for 4k OTA broadcasts - though probably not relevant for Australian Channels anytime soon. Nice little bit of extra future proofing, though.
Managed to get a 65" CX from Harvey Norman Castle Hill for $3599 delivered. Go find Sidsharma in the TVs area. Reciept said unit price was $3520. Hope that helps somebody!
Wow, that's an awesome deal. I ended up buying the 65" BX for $3230 the other day. Contemplating on if I should have gone with the CX now.

I got this for $4170 including delivery and installation from Harvey Norman and tv comes with the bracket…
I think it is mainly aesthetic, GX comes with the wall mount and sits flush, seems like it has better sound too, as mentioned above and on reddit.
It is true. Panel and picture quality is the same, only really the sound is better.
If I could find the GX for CX price I would have one, just for the bulk of the frame. It may sound silly but as an owner of the 65" CX I find the lack of bracing on the thin backplate an unnecessary risk. Some bloke managed to bend his LG TV https://imgur.com/kwo4JOf

Where do the cables go? Do they have to be behind the wall or is it like the Samsung frame with one cable?

Walked into my local Betta and asked if they can do a better price on 65" gx. Sales person said if I don't use finance then they can offer a discount.

Harvey Norman but no stock . Will need to wait for shipment !@emiko: Glad the receipt helped. Jbhifi near me said they didn't have stock in Australia. The one I bought was the last unit and salesman was surprised they had one in stock.
