Is it worth the $30 to upgrade from ryzen 3600 stock cooler? Never considered an alternate cooler for my first build, but this is OzB and we buy things we don't need
Yes it reduces temps around 10-15 degrees compared to the wraith stealth.

This would still be an improvement over the Prism but not by a huge amount. It should run quieter though as the Prism can be loud.
@hambeet: Going down the path of Noctua or be quiet! are generally the best in that department. You do pay for it though.
Absolutely. Anything not total shit is better than the stock cooler. For 30 bucks its a bit of a no brainer. It will be 5-10 degrees cooler as well as noticeably quieter.
It won't be pure silence or let you OC the shit out of it like the 100 dollar top of the line coolers but it is still a shedload better than the stock which is basically the bare minimum
I use a Gammaxx 400 with my 3600X (no I wasn't stupid, but there wasn't 3600 available at the time).
It really is a good cooler, especially for the price, and GTE RGB V2 comes with a beefier cooler and fan, so it can only be better (and cheaper!)
I've heard these are equivalent to Snowman off aliexpress, if so I'd buy one of these at this price as they're now only slightly more expensive.
