seems expensive when this is all you need to know https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-jy3OtZAss

Automatically renews monthly (for $19.95/month) onto our Loyalty Plan once your initial Program ends (which can be cancelled at any time)

    Beware of unexpected ongoing charges.

The requirements are actually very simple to get a refund - upload one photo and weigh-in per week for 12 weeks and lose any weight. Cancel the subscription at the end before they charge you (they send about a dozen warning emails over the course - if you get charged its your own fault)

Worked well for me - lost 20kgs. Simple enough too. Nothing revolutionary, but it was a simple enough system to educate me what I needed to change. And didnt cost a cent!

20kgs in 12 weeks is epic!

  • Yeah it's really good, do it with a friend.

  • OP please add that Program 2 is also $149.

Because of your post, I'm going to do program 2, thanks for the heads up.

Anyone who wants to be a check-in ozb buddy, I'm happy to be!
I'm aiming to be in my healthy BMI range.
This can be claimed on health insurance if you go to the GP and get them to sign the a healthy lifestyle plan (Just say you are wanting to focus on your health and they are more than keen to).

Sorry for the comment spam, but TeamTerry here on OzBargain was the face of them after he used it well. Good success story.

Thanks for the shout out Embaloo.
Admin, delete if not allowed, but here is my success story - https://blog.totalwellbeingdiet.com/success/how-terry-lost-4…
I lost 100 kg in just less than two years. Hit my maintenance weight in June 2020 and maintained my weight since then.
BTW, I am not officially associated with CSIRO TWD, I am simply one of their success stories and love inspiring others.

        Well done!!!!

      • I've got some physical issues (spinal, now facial shingles - fun times) - but normally I can do five thousand steps a sat at a good pace etc. Did you find the focus here was learning how to eat better/healthier, rather than say, run for ten minutes etc. I know it might seem a dumb question but I'm working with some limitations, trying to relearn how to eat/cook interesting food etc and wondering what this is like

I started at 185.5 kg and did zero exercise for the first six months and lost over 20kg. Diet for weight loss, exercise for general health. You burn the vast majority of energy just existing. Healthy food is the key and education.

      • Congrats on being able to deal with the associated other health issues too.
