    Gawd damn it!
    I just bought the 64gig for 330!
And I waited and waited to see if anything else would come up!
    hehehe, thats life ;P

    • when did you buy it?

      can you cancel it?

      • I just checked and nah, its in processing or something and theres no option.
Not that big a deal, got a 64gig sd card so its all cool.

        • +3

          contact the seller

128GB internal is always better than the extra SD card.

          • +2

@pinkybrain: Think it was the same seller, I dunno Banggood.
Its OK, ill live with it. Really not that fussed with storage dont put much on there. Gotten by with only 16gig for years now, 64 will be huge for me.

          • +1

@pinkybrain: Yeah you cant use 2 sims if you stick an sd card in

          • +3

@pinkybrain: Turned out I could cancel the order I just had to go through chat.
After finding out it might not have band 28 I cancelled my order.
Now to try and find the cheapest that actually lists band 28.

            • +1

@PAEz: Poco X3 NFC has got band 28

              https://www.poco.net/global/poco-x3-nfc/specs/

              Supports network bands
              4G: LTE FDD: B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/20/28
              4G: LTE TDD: B38/40/41 (2535-2655MHz)
              3G: WCDMA: B1/2/4/5/8
              2G: GSM: B2/3/5/8

              • @Agret: According to the XDA forums from what I could find theres only two Poco X3s, the indian and other…

Poco X3 NFC aka surya model number is M2007J20CG. On the other hand, the Indian variant AKA karna model number is correctly M2007J20CI

So from what I know of phones even if there are other versions with different bands it will just be a ROM thing and theres a bunch of custom roms so no probs then.
I ended up reording from them again and saved 46 bucks, so all good in the end :)

    • +2

Yeah bought my 64gb version during the singles day sale for approx $295 AUD…should have waited to get this 128gb deal..

      • +1

same, then ordered the Redmi Note 9 PRO for the misso (xmas pressie), woulda got this otherwise..

    • +5

Hate it when this happens, never check the price after you bought it :-).

      • +3

how would you avoid this, if you are on ozbargain

        • Don't subscribe to channels you no longer need to

          • +1

@Parth71: it will still show up on the front page

anyways being on ozbargain will just lead to disappointment
when you see the price is lower than you paid for (especially for recent purchases)

just learn to live with it.

Guess you didn't qualify for this? Otherwise you didn't check Ozbargain before buying

      • +1

        nah, none of that.
Plus I used the link from SMOOREZ youtube review of it. Knew Id pay a little more for that, but I thought he might get a couple o bucks and if he gets enough sales through that link banggood might send him more things to review in the future which Id like for that guy.

      • Do you really want to buy from Kogan ?

        • Banggood though

    • Me too I pay 310 and Haven’t received yet.. 64 gb

  • +2

What version is suitable for Aus , EU version or other version ? , Cheers !!!

    • +1

Good question. I'm guessing EU, but I'd prefer confirmation.

    • EU version. I got mine from Amazon UK for $AU350. This comes with 2yr warranty from Amazon, so, I'd spend a bit more for that piece of mind.
Don't expect any warranty of after sales support from Banggood.

  • If you use Banggood App it comes out slightly cheaper but no cashback. E.g the 64GB is U$198.52

  • Does anyone know if I can cancel order from Aliexpress? This is 70 dollars cheaper -_-. I placed my order on 23rd.

    • Yes, you can, but it's at the discretion of the seller. Has it not been shipped yet?

    • If it hasn't yet shipped you should be able to cancel.

      • It says "Departed country of origin" and there is no option to cancel. 2020 just became more shittier. :'(

        • Unfortunately it's too late to cancel now :(

Note that with 9% cashback you will be forced to pay 10% GST … as I found out

Thanks to @SeriouslyJk, @adr8, @paulaus for getting to the bottom of it

  • No B28 in this model variant

    • If there is a B28 I wouldn't be buying it.

      • +2

        Why don't you want B28?

        • +3

          Typo
If there is not a B28 I wouldn't be buying it.
You would expect B28 in the Global Version but I cann't see it listed on Banggood site

    • +1

      Thanks, nearly

    • Are you sure? Im going be a little upset if mine doesnt.
According to GSMArena there is the Poco x3 and the Poco x3 NFC.
The non nfc version doesnt have nfc (derrrr) and the NFC does and also has more bands including 28.
The homepage for the Poco X3 NFC does have band 28.
So unless they give us the non NFC version it should have band 28 then……I hope ;P

      • Just saying the Banggood site does not list B28

        • -1

          I just saw that aswell…..grrrrrr!!!!
I went by the homepage specs.

          • @PAEz: ????
            I would expect Golbal would.

            • @chrisie: I went by the specs listed on the homepage for the Poco X3 NFC when I bought it, didnt notice the no b28 on the banggood page until you mentioned it.

          • @PAEz: Do you think it's a typo … is it possible to have a variant which does not have B28 for 4G?

I notice in the banggood advert -they specifically mention if you are in EU then you need to buy the EU version …

            • @db2k: Possibly not as even banggood says theres two versions.
Person in chat couldnt tell me which one I ordered or whether it has 28, so I cancelled my order.
Willing to pay more to make sure.

              • @PAEz: I read through your links on the specs of the POCO X3 NFC and jus the X3, the main noticeable differences (apart from NFC obviously)

                —-X3 (non NFC) has 6000mAh battery, X3 NFC has 5160mAh battery —— Banggood state a 5160mAh battery
                —-X3 (non NFC) only has 1, 3, 5, 8, 40, 41 as 4G bands

But it doesn't mention an EU version….

    • -2

b28 is for 3G services. I've never seen my phone switch out of 4g mode.

Yes, it was important 5 years ago, but not now

    • +1

I received my phone today from Banggood, I can confirm it has B28. It is written in the manual that comes with it.

  • is bangood reliable seller. tossing up between Amazon uk or bangood. any feedback appreciated thanks

    • +3

      I'd go Amazon for warranty.

      • thanks. this or the redmi note 9 pro?

        • I don't think the note pro does 120hz does it?

        • If you play games, this.

If not, the Redmi Note will be plenty (as it's a fair bit cheaper).

    • I've had no problems with banggood. How much is the UK amazon option?

      • 370

      • bangood has 128gb redmi note 9 pro for $280 delivered compared to amazon uk 64gb for $267 delivered. Amazon uk redmi note 9 pro 128vb $419

        • +1

          Go with BangGood!

          Very reputable.

        • -1

Id trust Amazon over any chinese seller any day.
Chinese business are all face…..nothing they say can be trusted.

          • @PAEz: You'll get 2yr warranty with Amazon, confirmed via chat from two different people, including me. I got my Poco X3 NFC for $350 from Amazon UK.
I would not buy from China since you have to pay return shipping in case of warranty claim. Dealing with Amazon is very easy and if they can't solve the issue you'll get a full refund, unlike from Chinese sellers.

  • I just bought a Nokia 7.2 from Harvey Norman for $285 (299 before gift cards) and am a little disappointed I didn't wait and grab this. Oh well.

  • +1

people seem to complain over long shipping times with banggood

    • I ordered mine on the 11/11 and was expecting a 4-6 week wait or more, but it arrived 27/11 so just over 2 weeks , i was pleasantly surprised.

  • Anyone else being charged GST?

apparently only the app dont charge gst

      • Not true, in the app and GST still shows up …. this deal is EXACTLY the same as others…

        • At what point in the order process did the GST appear?

          b4 or after paypal screen?

          • @ash2000:

            1. Add to cart
            2. Proceed to checkout
            3. Enter shipping address
        • Remove from cart, clear browser history/cookies and add to cart again via App.

        • +1

mine comes to 321.59 in app no gst

          • @paulaus: I had it in my cart from the web, and GST shows in the app now … now to delete from app? there's no option to remove from cart?

            • +1

@db2k: Same happened to me. Remove item from cart in desktop. Clear browser history. Then add again via App, if that fails try the App first on another device.

            • +1

@db2k: i just tried again in app from fresh and it not including gst even logged into paypal and amount to pay dont include gst

              • @paulaus: Yes! Finally works $321.59 incl GST and delivery …

The only thing worrying is B28 … Tobydeals is a bit more but states B28 …

Who has better delivery Banggood or Tobydeals?

    • Price heading says AU$316.64 including GST ????

      • Not sure what heading you are reading … I don't see any mention of GST in the title: "Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC 6GB/128GB US$231.33 (~A$313.16) Shipped @ Banggood"

I have added this to the cart and and checked out, with postal address on the website and also app. It is charging me GST.

        • Click on go to deal - Banggood site just under Flash Sale - Price AU$316.64 Gst incl.

    • +1

      are you using cashback LOL?

      • Yes, good call!!!!

      • I clicked cashback, no GST added.
But cashback has not tracked as well after 1.5 hours.

  • Any recommendations for this phone case and protector please?

    • it comes with one

    • I've ordered the Nillkin camera cover case but still waiting for it to arrive

    • I got this screen protector, and this case for mine.

Hasn't arrived yet but ordered from this store for my Oppo a52. Good quality and cheap.

    • https://au.banggood.com/NILLKIN-Bumper-with-Slide-Lens-Cover… this looks good sliding cover to protect the camera

    • So I change my case regularly, depending on where I go.
If Im going out for work and cycling and I don't want to bring my wallet, I would use the second from the right (can store my ID on it)
But I like the most right case, it is square and really nice on your hand.

The second from the left is made out of silicone, and the clear one is the one that came with the phone.

      https://imgur.com/a/78urbfy

edit: case cost me less than $6 each.

    • I received this last week and have been super happy with it:

      https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001211151339.html?spm=a2g0s…

Good quality for the price. Style might not be for everyone.

  • Hi

Newbie here. I ordered the phone from Banggood the other day and I ordered this case for it. Big fan of Spigen cases as they are really good quality.

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Genuine-SPIGEN-Rugged-Armor-Shoc…

  • People,

There is a B28 version as stated on the official https://www.poco.net/global/poco-x3-nfc/specs/ poco site, however, it's unclear if either of the two versions offered here includes b28 as it's not noted in the specs.

I note the Kogan version states b28, as does the Toby deals version.

To add complication into the equation, the BangGood support says buy the "other area version" for Australia.

    WTF?

    • Do they mention is it the global version? could be a Banggood typo? How to confirm?

      • +1

It says global in the description but it asks you which version as you go through checkout.

        • Ah i missed that … i am confused ….
