What does brackets (if any) comes with this? trying to work out what other hardware i'll need to install this.

  Typically (w other brands) they'd come with an L bracket, some bolts for that, and that's about it.
  You'd likely need to get some t-bolts/channel nuts for your roof rack/platform for it attach to the car.
