    Cheeky coupon code

  • even with the DHL shipping still a fair bit cheaper than local stock.

    It sure is.

    How quick is delivery though?

    • +1

      I ordered on like Friday.

I'll let you know (it's been marked as shipped partially which is confusing)

      • +2

Well it is modular, I'm sure they will ship part of it at a time

    • When I ordered it said 8-20 days.

      • Did those who got one already have to pay any taxes on it once it was here?

    • +1

Last time I ordered in August, took 26 days from date of order.
It was DHL until it arrived in Australia, then passed to Australia Post

      • +1

        then passed to Australia Post

Last time I ordered something using Australia Post from Sydney to Melb, it went via Qld ???

  • Decent deal.
Its hotswap (easy lubing without desoldering) and you can choose your switches.
Only downside is keycaps being ABS instead of PBT.

While a bargain relative to the RRP, hard to recommend when Keychron K8 is also coming in at $79.20USD + shipping with alu bezels, hotswap and bluetooth.

    • I own the K6 which is comparable to the "compact" shown here.
      My GF has the K8.

Highly recommend the Keychron range as a mechanical for people who don't want to assemble and program their own.

    • Yeah but can you use your own switches?

That's the main attraction of the GMMK is that I can run all my stupid fancy mechs and still have RGB.

      • +1

Yes the K8 is hotswappable (if you buy the hotswappable variant)

The "maxxed out" config is aluminium bezel, Bluetooth 5.0, RGB and Hotswappable

        • Man I literally opened the link and played around with those options but didn't see the hot-swappable text…

Maybe I'm actually blind and I've been doing the internet by echo location

    Triggered!

  • For some reason it appears even cheaper for me when I add the white one to my cart? 97.16 United States Dollar equals
131.76 Australian Dollar.. Edit: Once in PP it takes me to $137.70.
