The owner via ebay has changed their prices. Looks like some people bought the deal at $798.00.

IT IS NOW NOT A GOOD DEAL.

I personally feel it's a bit dodgy to switch prices.

But after their sudden change in price a few hours ago, I wouldn't be buying from them.

Saw this in a generic spam email from ebay as a one day deal.
I am not an apple fan, but was looking at buying a xmas gift.
The add in the email from ebay was claiming 15% off (I assume Apple's RRP).

Looks ok for an ipad2 64GB 3G unlocked with free express shipping.
The shoppingsquare deal is $809. However, there have been some comments on the time it takes for them to post out their items.

From their page it claims:
- 1 year Australian warrantee. (My assumption is that this is a grey import. - I read closely in their disclaimer that "The above item will be shipped to you from HONG KONG". My assumption is there is some kind of agent in Australia where you can make a return, however I also noticed they have a Hong Kong store where you can make a return as well) There was a comment in the shoppingsquare deal that grey imports have some kind of risk of a genuine AU plug instead of adaptor. I believe that Apple has a 1 year international warrantee.
- 1-3 Working day Express priority postage.
- Free shipping insurance

    Yeah, I noticed they suddenly have increased their prices. A few hours ago they appear to have changed their prices on ebay. Not a good sign. Their own website is priced similarly to what they had this morning at $709 and $799 respectively. Since ebay is the one who sent out the spam email, I wonder what they think about this practice. Seems like baiting people.

    Personally I don't really like sites or shops which change their prices like this. Unless the prices go down.

    is it normal for the description of a listing on ebay just to be an embedded frame from an external site? can't they just change the description of listing at will? (i don't know, i am not a veteran ebayer, i'm just curious)

    Their warranty info also says That they will attend to your item within 14 days! And if they are too busy to attend to it in 14 days due to workload, they will email you… Unsure about Apple warranty, but I bet they wouldn't take that long.

    The best part on their webpage is that at the bottom it says we cannot guarrantee that the information on webpage is correct…if they cant guarantee their webpage then gorget about their product guarrantee.

    ive tried to buy something off these guys and they emailed me like 3 days later saying it was out of stock and that it would take about a week, 3 weeks later still nothing so cancelled it
