        Bonus offers we need to activate in the rewards tab, are Targetted. I've received 1, no one else I know received that offer.

      Not there for me in NSW with ~weekly fuel lock-ins - all I see is the "you're so close, keep scanning to get rewards" thing.

      Targeted as others have mentioned above.

        I never buy fuel or scan my card and it was there for me in NSW. Strange sort of targeting they're doing.
