Hate to be the bearer of bad news if you've ordered, but OP is dropshipping these from overseas so you'll just be waiting the same amount of time for more money.

I would keep away from this. Xiaomi Miband is a much better buy - Reliable, cheap and built well. I've used the Mi band 1, 3 and soon 5.
Red flags -
1) 2g network - Not supported in Aus anymore.
2) Claims to run Android Wear - Only select manufacturers can run Android Wear (Wear OS). This watch would be running some old version of Android with limited/no security….
3) <128MB RAM - Yikes. Android + less than 1 gb ram is a disaster even on a Watch.
3) "CPU Manufacturer: Qualcomm" and then states "CPU Model: MTK6260A" which is from Mediatek ( they have some decent budget CPUs however this is from 2013 - would be super slow and power-hungry for 2020 standards.You’ve given this post way too much more of your time and effort than it deserves.

Seeing as you've just clarified in the last post that some items are dropshipped, you should really be telling us that these are sent from overseas for users that assume they come from your store
agree.. never buy from this seller… they are so tricky. I just bought something and it was sent from Singapore and havent received until now.
