      What isn't shiny for you may look shiny and greasy on others. Sunscreen and skincare overall is very subjective. I find that people with dry skin can tolerate sunscreens better because their skin can just absorb more product. Combination and oily faces have more problems finding a matte look sunscreen as product may just sit on the surface of their skin, mixed with their excess sebum.. This is where silicones come in because they help control that shine.
