They cancelled part of my order from the last promotion a week after debiting me. No explanation, no apology. I'll be shopping elsewhere…
Last order took 2 weeks to come - wrong size (my fault) so sent them back. All good except the returns process is backlogged and there's going to be 28 days before the refund is processed.
I've sent my return 3 days after receiving and it still hasn't reached their warehouse for like 3 weeks. 28 days time limit for a return reaching their warehouse is a bit dodgy if shipping delays are part of the time frame.
If it helps any, I think they have 60days return period at the moment
Last two orders I’ve had with adidas during big discounts/stacks have taken 2+ months to come. Currently have an order which had taken place in October and still yet to receive it.
It’s funny because all other brands like Puma/Converse/ Under Armour and New Balance can seem to get their orders to me within a week.
Horrible customer service on Adidas’ end.
Disappointed in a such a big brand.
