  What an actual scam. The previous complete edition doesn't include the second season pass. The fact that even exists is such crappy practices. Wait a few more years and get the whole collection for the price of a large Big Mac meal.

    It's so dumb, I'd spend the $100 for the game if it included everything with no addons/BS released later. But now if I see the phrase 'season pass' I'll wait until its $7 and includes everything. So it works out to me that 'season pass' is a 93% discount coupon ;)

    I don’t see how it’s a scam. They delivered everything they said they would to buyers of the original ultimate edition, which was the game and four DLC packs.

    Some may think they should get the second season for free as well, but it was never promised so calling it a scam is the wrong description. Frankly, I’m glad they’ve continued to support the game with additional content when they could have called it a day after DLC pack 4. Alternatively to continue to finance further development they could have gone the micro transaction route, something they’ve so far avoided.

      Season Passes in general are a scam. They are designed to continue to bleed the wallets of the customer. Just because they deliver what they say they will, doesn't stop it from being a scam.

      Product segmentation means they can artificially inflate the sum total of a product. That falsely represents the value of a product, many would consider this the exact definition of a scam.

        Then buy the content piece meal or don’t buy it at all. The post I was replying to was someone that seemed to have spent extra day one for the season pass and seemed to want that purchase to also cover season pass 2. The game was available without it if you just wanted to play the campaign, which had a fairly decent amount of content in its own right.
