  The reviews are a bit mixed: the phone seems complex for the more ancient among us.

  Any other suggestions for 4G phones suitable for an arthritic old mother for whom all technological development stopped in 1997?

    An alternative would be is Aspera F42 which you can get for around $99. While Aspera is a smaller company, their customer service is actually really good and based here in oz.

    I got this phone for my mum earlier in the year. I just played with it now and yes you can delete it. However, you cant delete twitter or youtube.
