Look I respect the effort needed to make a videogame store work in 2020, but those prices, and the incredibly limited amount of items / stock, like I genuinely wish you well, but if Video Games Heaven, GAME, and Game Traders, three chains that had several stores and shopping centre locations and whatnot, can't make it (yes, I know GT still has a couple stores in other states, but still), both carked it a good decade ago, I don't know man.
Fingers crossed you make it though.
Blame the rise of steam and other digital platforms that also sell games making physical stores hard to come unless you're also selling other stuff that is attractive. The only good about physical stores is probably maybe getting the limited edition box copies that come with cool stuff that you won't get on the digital version, unless they mail you the extra stuff, but so far I've not seen one that does this.
