I see edream is usually offered as the cheapest fare. Haven't used them before anyone else have experience with them? Most reviews online aren't that ravishing for them. Slight hesitation using them as covid and cancellations means having to deal with them is a higher probability
Personally used them twice, once for a trans-Tasman flight, once in Europe.
Reviews tend to not be positive for many of these online agencies as when things go right, people don't tend to post, but often when it does go wrong, eek, as the OTAs are dealing with you and the airline. But I've had two OTAs cancel flights on me thanks to covid so far, and they've been quick to respond and sort things out (although they weren't edreams in this case).
Thanks, pretty much all the assurance i need. I've used a lot of the other OTAs just edreams and trip.com were the two i've always avoided. Time to test the waters!
